Stormbright Manor is located outside the city of Neco and is gated with armed patrols of ghouls and other unseen guards. the gate is 20 feet high and is electricfied with enough juice to stop a humans heart with just a touch. Along the fence there are also cameras that pick up motion, heat and all the other goodies. The manor is set on 100 acres of land, there are other smaller buildings nessled around the property.
